Jules Curtis mindset coach splashing water on the beach

Hi, I’m Jules Curtis.

Life can be unpredictable, but I strongly believe that our attitude towards ourselves and others is crucial to achieving happiness. In the past, I was overly critical of myself and those around me. It wasn't until I began practising mindfulness every day that my perspective shifted.

Previously, I was constantly busy and felt the need to control everything to ensure it was done perfectly. When things didn't go my way, I would become easily annoyed and upset. I was also a people pleaser, always going out of my way to help others, but often felt let down when the favour wasn't returned.

However, I wanted to find a different approach and decided to cultivate a positive relationship with my mind. I took small steps each day and eventually, my mind became my ally. My judgmental attitude disappeared, and I felt a sense of freedom. My thoughts became more positive, and I stopped overthinking. I was able to respond calmly to situations and developed more empathy towards others. Finally, I felt like my true self had emerged.

Now, I enjoy helping others find their own happiness, no matter what challenges they may be facing. Remember, changing your mindset can change your life.

MY APPROACH

It all begins with understanding how your mind works and why it behaves in a certain way. Then build small achievable habits that lead to a happier confident you that takes on life with energy and zest.

BELIEVE IT

As children, we are not given instructions on how to use our minds, so we tend to develop habits based on our surroundings. These habits often stick with us into adulthood. However, it is possible for anyone to change if they have the belief that they can. My initial objective is to help you develop confidence in yourself and your abilities. From there, we can work together to create an action plan that will help you achieve your goals.

ACHIEVE IT

In order to achieve your desired outcome, it may be necessary to trick your mind. This can be done gradually through simple daily practice, even on hectic days. The objective is to cultivate a harmonious relationship with your mind, rather than battling it. By doing so, you will be better equipped to handle life's challenges without being knocked down.
